Early Lessons

I wasn’t the smartest person in the room when I started, but I was willing to work until I figured it out. Growing up around people who built things with their hands taught me grit, consistency, and showing up every day. Every mistake became a lesson more valuable than any classroom.

Finding Freedom

I never planned to be an entrepreneur. I wanted freedom—freedom to run a business on my terms and create a life that allowed me to enjoy what I love, including my hobbies and personal passions. At 24, I launched my first business with a 50-page plan and $5,000. The early days were tough, but every challenge taught me a lesson: if you don’t build systems that work, you become the system.

Building while Still Learning…

Through grit, prayer, and lessons from failure, I built and sold my first company to a Fortune 300 firm. Since then, I’ve started and led multiple ventures. Some grew fast, some failed.
The failures taught me more than the wins.

I continue to build and learn. Today, I help business owners gain freedom, focus, and fulfillment through practical systems and strong leadership. Your business should support your life, not drain it.

Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning

My wife Jeni and I founded Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning to build a company that treats customers like family. Our slogan, WE MAKE LIVES BETTER, for our team, customers, and vendor partners is a guiding principle that our team lives by every day. We take pride in creating a legacy of trust, exceptional service, and a strong culture. Company culture is the heart of every business, no matter the size.

Freedom Through Leadership

I built a leadership team I can rely on to run daily operations. That gives me time to focus on growth, travel, and the activities I enjoy. I connect with other business owners through hobbies like golf, blending business work and life so business stays energizing, not exhausting. Following these principles makes it possible to grow a thriving business while maintaining balance in your life.

Giving Back

I serve on the Arkansas Tech University Foundation Board and mentor students at my alma mater. I support local foundations including the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation and The Warren Center. Jeni and I also raise puppies for Canine Companions and volunteer in our community.
